The Village Vettes Corvette Club’s annual fundraising event, the “4th Annual Blessing Of The Vettes,” is being held on Saturday, March 25, 2017 (10:00 AM – 01:00 PM) at the George Nahas Chevrolet dealership (4135 East SR 44, Wildwood, FL 34785). The non-denominational blessing will again be officiated by Pastor Norman Lee Schaffer of The Garden Worship Center, Belleview, Florida. The event includes a commemorative dash plaque to the first 200 Vettes, an auction of auto related items, a 50-50 raffle, door prizes, refreshments, and a high energy/inspiring musical performance by the personable Norman Lee.
A $5.00/car donation, to be collected at the event, is requested with all proceeds to benefit our club’s designated charities.
First 200 cars to show up will receive a valuable and very attractive dash plaque.
Parking is on a first come, first served basis. We’ll want our members there early to get some preferred parking. QUESTION: Should I clean up my car as if this is a car show/caravan? ANSWER: Clean your car because you want it to look good, not because this is a show.
All Corvettes and their owners are welcome, with or without a club affiliation.
We want to thank last year’s participants and look forward to renewing the camaraderie of our old friends and the opportunity to extend our family of Corvette enthusiasts.
